ABOUT ME
Hi!
I’m Alex, a Cotswolds-based sound engineer and musician.
Music is my passion, my profession and everything in between.
I have over twenty years’ experience playing both acoustic and electric guitar after falling in love with the instrument at a young age and have performed in bands, duos and as a solo musician ever since.
I’ve worked in recording studios as an assistant and recording engineer and have produced, mixed and mastered music since pursuing my passion for music technology as a university degree. Songs I have written and produced have been featured on BBC radio as BBC Introducing's Song of The Week and on commercial radio stations and I have composed music for short and feature-length indie films and short documentaries.
I have worked in the live music and events industry all my professional life, engineering for live events in venues from small bars and corporate venues to festival tents and weddings, including on immersive sound systems utilising d&b Soundscape.
